She isn't fan of the word "diet" and wants people to know that fittnes  is all about an overall lifestyle change . Alcantara recommends eating real, unprocessed food, including lots of vegetables and protein and steering clear of too many food labeled "sugar-free"

She insures that Kardashian eats plenty of healthy fats and carbs, including sweet potatoes, Quinoa and Chicken. Don't forget to drink plenty of water.

She Spends lots of time on her workouts:

She is in gym 6 days a week. She is super into weight training, her workout 85% of training and 15% is made up of cardio. She never cancels a workout she hits the gym super early ,her morning schedules are super crazy early morning at 6 a.m. She does sprints, They'll up the intensity a few times a week with 10 minutes of sprints and fun fact is Kim least favorite part of her workout routine. She hates sprints.

Alcantara says she recommends her clients 85% weight training with the remaining workout and mixture of cardio and even body weight exercises. The core is the center of the body  and one of the most difficult area for women to tone. But Alcantara claims that by utilizing proper breathing methods and posture. It's possible to build a strong and powerful core. Which turns leads to a stronger physique overall. Building a consistent routine takes time and dedication.

She Does Killer Leg Workouts :

She focuses on six hardcore lower body moves : Walking Lungs, elevated squats , glute kickbacks, Bulgarain, Split squats and dumbbell hamstring curls, She does legs twice a week. According to Alcantara  Kim will never cancel on her, no matter how early it is or how busy her day looks. Alcantara said that Kim is "super responsible ,she never cancels, she's best client and athlete you could have. Her dedication is admirable , but Alcantara says that once working out is a part of your routine that you'll never even consider cancelling." once working out is part of your daily routine and your life, then it's not something you have to think about you just have to do it.

She takes Gym Breaks :

She shared on her instagram every six months she'll take a two weeks gym hiatus. She said," I would say every six months I take two weeks off from lifting. Sometimes you need a break to recharge and chill but then I miss it much and feel so good to be back at it."

She sticks to a Plant based Diet :

She  went vegan in 2019 in April 2019 I'm eating all plant based when I'm home. She wrote on her instagram stories photo of sweet potatoes and avocado filled meal. She usually eats protein filled breakfast. Usually scrambled eggs or oatmeal or a protein shake with fruit.

Atkins Diet :

Atkins Diet is known for almost completely cutting out carbohydrate intake and instead in corporating an abundance of protein and healthy fats, similar to the Dukan Diet that Kate Middleton reportedly  swears by. However after going cold turkey on carbs. Atkins encourages you to reintroduce them back in to your diet in small portions so as to avoid complete carb deprivation. Atkin Diet recommended for those people who have less than 40 pounds to lose or are pregnant  or nursing and ate no more than 1800 calories a day.

She loves Iced Tea and sweetens it with Equal . She said I used to drink a ton of iced tea.But I've cut back. I had the craziest addiction to Equals. I'd put 10 Equals in every Iced Tea .I've trained myself to have just one Iced Tea a week, and I'm down to three equals.
