BB Cream is one thing which covers Blemishes pigmentation,It's good for skin Discolouring,Minor spots ,scars on face.It has Anti Ageing Properties and SPF
Other side Tinted Moisturiser is like your Moisturiser mix with Foundation .As I've seen when i was kid My mother use to mix moisturiser with foundation than she apply on face.It's consistency is thinner than BB Creams.
