I'll admit it — I was completely swayed by a YouTube video raving about the Benefit primer. The hype got so deep into my head that when I finally landed in Singapore this year, the very first thing I picked up at Sephora was the BENEFIT COSMETICS The POREfessional Face Primer. No skincare, no makeup — just this primer, straight off my wishlist.

Before this, my go-to was the L'Oreal Paris Face Magique Transforming Smoothing Primer, which had served me well enough. But curiosity (and let's be honest, a little bit of FOMO) got the better of me.

Now that I've put the Benefit pore minimizer through its paces over several uses, I think it's finally time to share my honest thoughts. So let's dive in...

What it is:

A professional balm that minimizes the appearance of pores. 

What it does:

Quickly minimize the appearance of pores and fine lines and help makeup stay put with this priming phenomenon. The silky and lightweight formula can be worn under makeup to create a smoother-than-smooth canvas or used throughout the day to mattify shine and touch up problem areas. It’s so translucent, no one will know you’re wearing anything! 

What else you need to know:

The oil-free formula contains vitamin E, which is known to protect skin from free radicals.

Suggested Usage:

-To prime in the morning, apply a thin layer to moisturized skin from the center of the face outward. Wait a few seconds and apply makeup as usual or wear alone.

-To touch up over makeup, pat delicately on problem areas and blend. A little goes a long way.

-To smooth and brighten, layer the over "That Gal" Brightening Face Primer (sold separately).

- To help foundation stay put, always start with the POREfessional. Then blend Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow (sold separately) from the center of the face, out.

-To spot-conceal, apply the POREfessional over blemishes, then blend Boi-ing (sold separately) on top.

- For a photo-ready look, prime face with the POREfessional to minimize the look of pores and mattify skin. Apply your favorite Benefit makeup products, and then reapply the POREfessional.

My Experience with   BENEFIT COSMETICS The POREfessional Face Primer:

I was using the L'Oreal Paris Face Magique Transforming Smoothing Primer before this, but after hearing so many glowing reviews about the Benefit Cosmetics POREfessional Face Primer, I couldn't resist wanting to try it for myself. So when I visited Singapore this year and walked into Sephora, picking up this cutely packaged primer felt like a dream come true.

Once I'm done cleansing and moisturizing, applying primer is my next step. Now let's talk texture — it's incredibly smooth, almost silky. Once applied, your foundation just glides on effortlessly. It smooths out the skin's texture so well that your foundation settles in beautifully, without any struggle at all.

After applying it, my skin genuinely feels like a feather touch — that's how light it feels. Now, coming to the pore-minimizing claim — for my skin type, it works to about 70%. It doesn't completely hide the pores the way I'd hoped after watching so many rave reviews about it. And after 2-3 hours, the pores start becoming visible again.

So, based on my experience, it does an excellent job of smoothing out the skin texture and making foundation application easier. But if you're expecting it to completely hide your pores, it doesn't quite deliver that for me — and considering the price, that was a bit disappointing. So in my honest opinion, if you're looking for a primer that completely conceals pores, this one might not be the right fit for you.

These days I love experimenting with Eye Makeup earlier I've reviewed The Nudes MAYBELLINE Pallete and MakeUp Revolution Redmption Mermaids Vs Unicorns Pallete so here I purchased new single small PAN of COLORESSENCE VIBGYOR MATTE EYE SHADE EM-1 which is Sky colour let's see what my opinion about this single eye shadow PAN .

HOW TO USE :

Apply on the eyelid area with applicator to attain the desired look and leave your skin devoid of imperfections. It's a multi tasking product which can be used for shading and lining. It can be easily applied from a soft brush for high intensity.

Terminalia belerica extract,soya bean oil,100% vegetarian no animal ingredients.These are the ingredients written on it.

PACKAGING:

It comes in small square PAN with see through transparent lid on it and packed in cardboard box with transparent see through sheet to see the colour of the PAN.

MY OBSERVATIONS :

First thing first I like small packaging which is itself a travel friendly easy to carry in handbag.This Eye shadow is from their matte range so this is totally matte shade without any shimmer or glitter or any pearl particles init.If I talk about its pigmentation than it is extremely pigmented.So be careful while applying because one strong stroke can spoil the look.So very slowly with light hand needs to build up the color to get the desired look.

This is a  typical sky colour and I like this colour so much,If you want  perfect eye makeup you need to apply concealer on eyes I generally apply MAYBELLINE Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circle Treatment and Concealer than apply setting powder and after that  I start the eye makeup so that colours can pop up on eyes to look more prompt with clear base .

when you touch it than  it's texture... which is so soft  and major problem which we face while applying eye makeup is fallout but with this PAN I didn't faced any fallout which is amazing. Because of its pigmentation  small amount of product is enough to cover the eye lids as small PAN will go long way due to it's pigmentation .If i talk about price than price wise its affordable .Staying power is pretty good .

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT PRODUCT:

• Its pigmentation is high which is easy to take small quantity to cover eye lids.
• Travel friendly.
• Less fallouts.
• Staying power is good .
• Price wise affordable.

WHAT I DON'T ABOUT PRODUCT:

• Packaging is not much attractive 
• There is no mirror in it.
• No brush with this pan.
