Sunscreens:

Sunscreen is a product which prevent your skin from Harmful Sun Rays i.e. UVA and UVB which can cause Skin damage and skin cancer.




UVA and UVB:

UltraViolet Rays causing lasting skin damage i.e. Skin Ageing,causes Skin cancer.
UltraViolet B (Burns) shorter waves causing Skin Burning, Skin damaging,Skin Cancer.

SPF:
Sun Protection Factor.Its Sunscreen's ability to prevent from UVB for skin damaging.

Broad Spectrum:
Sunscreen' ability to prevent from both UVA and UVB for skin damaging.

SPF 50 VS SPF 30:

Factor 50 applying everyday cause a lot more chemicals on skin,continuously uses factor 50 ,will increase skin sensitivity,Rashes.Factor 30 give 95% - 96% protection against harmful Sun Rays and factor 50 may be give 1% extra, which will give you extra chemicals on  skin. you can re apply factor 30 after 2-3 hours.

 Sunscreens are of two type :

1. Chemical Sunscreens
2.Mineral(Organic/Physical/Natural ) Sunscreens

 Chemical Sunscreens works by absorbing Sun Rays.
Mineral Sunscreens works by reflecting Sun Rays.

chemical Sunscreens contains some chemicals.here are some of dangerous one:

Paraben:

Paraben are mimic estrogen and disrupt the body's hormone's system.CARNELL UNIVERSITY reports that a high lifelong exposure to estrogens can increase breast cancer.

Alcohol:

Alcohol immediately  harms the skin and starts a chain reaction of damage that continuous long after it has evaporated.
When alcohol ingredient are at the top of an ingredient list they are problematic for all skin types.When they are near the bottom of an ingredient list,they aren't present in high enough concentration to be considered a problem for skin.

Oxybenzoene:

Reports suggested when people apply Sunscreen with oxybenzoene  Ultraviolet could lead to free radical damage to the skin it could lead to cancer.

Mineral OR Physical Sunscreens:

These Suncreens contains titanium dioxide,zinc oxide and iron oxide which are safe for skin.

My experience with Age Miracle day cell ReGEN  Cream:

I'm using it from last 2 years.I'm satisfied with this product .After certain age when your skin doesn't produce new cells or becoming dull dehydrated due to pollution,becoming uneven skin due to age factor and sleep deprived  there are lots of reasons for  bad skin or dull face.

But this is the cream which even out the skin like its new skin built in.Uneven skin tones fades away , control pre mature ageing signs.gives youthful skin,its complete package of BB cream or sunscreen,foundation etc. Once you will try i'm sure you will not leave it.it gives natural glow on your face.

Apply: 

you need to clean your face with face wash or face cleansing milk what ever is your choice apply little moisturizer on your face after that apply little amount of Age miracle on your face and you are done.It contains SPF 15 so don't required any sunscreen but if you feel like extra care you can apply sunscreen.

Fragrance: it give flowery fragrance very soothing natural essence.its color is baby pink ,very smooth texture.
